Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
60 grams of butter
1 egg
1/2 cup pitted and peeled dates
4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
1- In a bowl, beat the butter with the egg and a tablespoon of flour. Add the dates and the banana.
2- In another bowl, sift the flour and the baking powder. Add to the previous mixture and add the milk. Stir once more.
3 – Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.
