Bryan, the founder of Blueprint, a company focused on monitoring and reversing biological age, explained the strict rules he now follows to prioritize his well-being. These include eating his last meal of the day at 11 a.m., exercising for an hour daily, taking over 100 supplements, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. However, Bryan admitted that this was not always the case.

Before diving into the field of health and longevity, Bryan was heavily involved in the corporate world. He launched the payments platform Braintree in 2007 and later acquired Venmo before selling the bundle to PayPal for $800 million in 2013. During this time, he was also raising three children and needed a way to wind down at the end of the day.

Bryan shared that he suffered from chronic depression in his 30s and struggled to find balance in his personal and professional life. He described his alter ego, “7 p.m. Bryan,” who would indulge in trays of brownies, causing him to feel miserable and disconnected from his true self.

However, Bryan eventually made a significant change by “firing” his evening alter ego. He realized that he needed to peel back various layers of unhealthy habits and address the root causes of his struggles. It was a journey of self-reflection, identifying triggers, and implementing positive changes.

Bryan emphasized that anyone can incorporate anti-aging practices into their lives, regardless of wealth or resources. Simple lifestyle changes like not overeating, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly can make a significant difference in overall well-being.

Bryan’s transformation is a testament to the power of self-awareness and the impact of positive habits. By prioritizing his health and wellness, he has been able to improve his overall quality of life and inspire others to do the same.
