Additionally, Oracle has introduced new workforce management capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to address the challenges faced by healthcare organizations due to staffing shortages. The new capabilities, called “Oracle Workforce Scheduling” and “Oracle Workforce Labor Optimization,” provide a single cloud platform that connects business and electronic health record (EHR) data, facilitating scheduling for healthcare organizations.
These advancements in healthcare-specific capabilities leverage advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline financial and workforce management. With features like AI-enabled staff scheduling and automated inventory tracking for medical recalls, healthcare organizations can optimize operations and improve patient care.
