Chief Secretary Amir Subhani, a 1987-batch UPSC civil services topper, was airlifted to New Delhi on Sunday for better treatment. He had been admitted to a private hospital in the state capital on Thursday after falling in the bathroom and sustaining a head injury. A minor trauma was later detected in the CT scan.
