D CEO has revealed the finalists for its 2023 Excellence in Healthcare Awards, honoring outstanding leaders and organizations for their contributions to the North Texas economy.
Among the individual innovators recognized in the Outstanding Healthcare Innovator category are Dr. Karl Csaky of the Retina Foundation of the Southwest, known for his groundbreaking research and treatments for age-related macular degeneration; Dr. Vishal Ahuja of SMU, whose research focuses on developing decision analytic tools for healthcare professionals; and Camille Bradley of Baylor Scott & White Health, who co-published a paper on implementing an e-consult program for seamless communication between specialists and primary care providers.
In the Achievement in Innovation category, the finalists include Baylor Scott & White Health, the Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation, REVELOHEALTH, Salience TMS Neuro Solutions, and Texas Health Physicians Group.
