Portable, affordable and simple to use, the DIOMED 630 PDT, the only diode laser with FDA clearance for use with PHOTOFRIN(r) (porfimer sodium) brings Photodynamic Therapy within easy reach of every cancer treatment unit. The availability of diode lasers as a user friendly light source for Photodynamic Therapy is key for centers who wish to develop PDT as an alternative treatment for certain cancers. The Diomed 630 PDT diode laser has considerable ergonomic and operational advantages over Pulsed Dye lasers presently used in photodynamic therapy.

Separate channel delay lines, filters, and apodization enhance tissue definition by improving both spatial and contrast resolution.
