Dade Behring Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of Dade Behring Inc, is headquartered in New Delhi. Product Summary

Clinical Chemistry/ Immunochemistry Systems

Dade Behring's Dimension line of products sets the standard for fully integrated chemistry and immunochemistry systems. These instruments are the first truly integrated chemistry systems that consolidate a wide variety of tests for both STAT and routine use on a single platform.

The Dimension product line includes multiple systems that are designed to meet the needs of varying sizes of laboratories and provide cost efficiency, faster turnaround time for test results, and improvements in process.

Automation

Dade Behring provides customers with scalable automation solutions that are customised to meet the needs of all sizes of laboratories. The portfolio includes the StreamLAB and Dimension Lynx Workcells that automate all stages of the diagnostic testing process including the pre- and post-analytical steps.

By adding third-party immunoassay analysers, in addition to multiple Dimension systems, our workcells offer one of the broadest routine and immunoassay test menus available.

Cardiac Diagnostics

Dade Behring has an extensive portfolio of cardiac tests and continually develops new tests that advance the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Innovative products include Cardio Phase hsCRP, the first CRP assay to have a cardiac-specific claim as an independent marker for risk assessment and risk stratification, as well as the first Acute Care high sensitivity Troponin I assay.

The Stratus CS Acute Care Diagnostic System is a leading laboratory and near patient system that is available for use in an emergency department or clinical setting. Cardiac testing capabilities are also offered on the Dimension systems.

Plasma Protein Testing

Dade Behring ranks first worldwide in plasma protein testing and provides customers with the gold standard for plasma protein analysis. This product line includes a full line of dedicated nephelometry systems and the broadest plasma protein menu available today. The BN nephelometry systems are fully automated, cost effective and fulfill the needs of any size laboratory. Plasma protein testing capabilities are also offered on the Dimension systems.

Drug Testing

The market leader for more than 30 years, Dade Behring's Syva product line integrates full-spectrum testing for drugs of abuse and measures therapeutic drug levels. Syva EMIT assays - the gold standard in the drug diagnostic marketplace - are used by more than 85 percent of US SAMHSA laboratories and are the most extensively validated in the industry.

Dade Behring markets a complete line of Viva drug testing systems manufactured by Vital Scientific. The company also offers reagents for use on other testing platforms, including its own Dimension line of analysers.

Microbiology

A global leader in automated identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, Dade Behring's MicroScan branded line of products has a worldwide reputation for quality and for accuracy in the detection of emerging antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria.

The WalkAway SI advanced technology, based on the sound principles of true minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) testing, is just one of the innovations that made Dade Behring a leader in this field. The microbiology product line includes an extensive line of tests with up-to-date antibiotics including overnight, rapid and specialty panels.

Infectious Disease Diagnostics (IDD)

Dade Behring has one of the broadest combinations of assays and analysers using microtitre plates for infectious disease testing. Workstation consolidation provides customers options for fully automated workflow and continuous monitoring of system status.

BEP analysers are designed for both medium- to high-volume clinical laboratories. The Quadriga BeFree system is designed specifically for high throughput automation in blood banks.

Hemostasis

With more than 30 years of experience, Dade Behring is the largest provider of hemostasis instruments in the world. Under its own name and through a global alliance with Sysmex Corporation, Dade Behring offers analyser choices for the right fit in low-medium, and high-volume laboratories.

The company's dedication to continuous innovation in hemostasis is exemplified by leadership in automated platelet function analysis and ongoing development of coagulation assays to assess bleeding and thrombotic risk, such as the Endogenous Thrombin Potential.
