Tanvi Electromedical Appliances is engaged in the manufacturing of Operation Theatre and Dermatology equipments. It manufactures Hydraulic/ C-arm compatible OT tables, Shadowless Ceiling lights, Surgical Diathermy, Suction and Autoclaves.In the dermatology range, it has the Radio Frequency cautery, Woods Lamp, Hyfreactor and other equipment used by dermatologists.

The company has recently launched the Radio Frequency Surger unit which is a import substitute product. This product is very well accepted by the doctors in the Indian Market. It is mainly being used in the following departments namely dermatology, plastic, ENT, Dental and Occuloplasty. This unit works on a 2.1 MHz frequency. It gives a very good and smooth cut with minimum lateral tissue damage thereby providing fast healing.

Tanvi Rf Surge - 3 delivers Radio frequency (3MHz) wave for cutting and coagulation of soft tissues. Radio waves are used to vaporize the cells without applying any pressure on the tissue, resulting in less trauma to the cells, less fibrous scarring and less post operative discomforts and maximum readability of histological specimen.

Trivitron’s Real Time 3D (RT-3D)/4D Mid Range Color Doppler; Buzzword In Diagnostic Imaging

Three Dimensional (3D) ultrasound imaging has become popular as well as 2D B mode cross sectional imaging. It has been reported that 3D images of the fetus strengthen the mother’s emotional bond and enhance maternal-fetal attachments besides its various clinical applications.

Abnormality in fetal face or head, abnormality in extremities, skeletal anomalies in fetus could be easily diagnosed with Real time 3D. With a dedicated 3D probe, it is possible to acquire 3D image data sets at high speed. The high volume rate permits smooth display of fetal movement.

Application of Real time 3D extends to Gynecology applications also with its Real-time Trans-vaginal probe. The 3D application extends to overcome limitation of acquiring desired cross sections due to limited vaginal space. The Sonohysterography (SHG) combined with trans-vaginal 3D not only provides 3D anatomical information but also permits detailed observations on the frontal plane with Multi planar display.

Clinical Application extends from Morphological observations in the uterine cavity, enhancement of neoplastic lesions, observations of the shape of uterine deformity, checking position of IUD in the uterus, judgement of maturity level of ovarian follicle in infertility and checking the range of ovarian tumor. Cross sectional images in an arbitrary plane, which enables display of planes, which are impossible to observe with conventional 2D B mode ultrasound imaging, allows more detailed morphological examination. This non-invasive real time 3D ultrasound offers a new clinical tool.

Beyond Obstetric application 3D finds its clinical importance in abdominal organs like Liver, Gall Bladder etc.
