‘ICHA
Is An Accreditation System That India Can Identify With’
In the country, QCI, CII-IHCF are working towards forming
National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare
Providers (NABH). Parallel to this initiative, is the formation
of Indian Confederation for Healthcare Accreditation (ICHA)
that like NABH will be a national accrediting body. Dr Akhil
K Sangal is the CEO of ICHA. In an interview with Falaknaaz
Syed, Dr Sangal discusses ICHA’s objectives, its operational
plans and emphasises its importance.
