ECP For Heart Artery Blockages: Ignored Far Too Long, Not Any More
These are the words; on ECP; of the President of India and an eminent scientist, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, in his address to the 2nd world congress on interventional cardiology at mumbai, held on 25 Feb. 2005: "We have all witnessed the treatment of cardiovascular disease moving from very invasive to less invasive methods.

How to Prevent a “Heart Attack”
Heart attack (acute myocardial infarction) is one of the most catastrophic presentations of ischemic heart disease. It results from sudden, complete blockage of a coronary artery (blood vessel supplying the heart muscle) by a blood clot and can result in extensive damage to the heart muscle - leading to death, heart failure and related complications.
