In a new initiative of its sorts, the AIDS Society of India
(ASI)- an affiliate of the International Aids Society (IAS)-
in collaboration with the National Aids Control Organisation
(NACO) and the US Mission is drafting HIV/AIDS treatment guidelines
tailormade to Indian milieu and conditions.

Courts are dens of harassment: Medicos
The recent Supreme Court (SC) judgement exonerating doctors
from criminal negligence under sec 304 A of the IPC seems
to have emboldened medicos to take up cudgels against their
“harassment” in Consumer Courts (CCs).
