HIV:
Role of the proboscis?
A recent study by Dr James Kublin et al published in ‘The
Lancet’, has focussed on the measurement of viral load
of HIV during malaria and after anti-malarial treatment. It
would be interesting to know if the pesky mosquito pest is
acting as a vector for HIV also.
