Medical practitioner is not an insurer of services
In most cases, patients see doctors as demigods, possessing the ability to successfully tide away with their suffering and illness. They hardly realise that doctors too have their shortcomings. When patients approach doctors for management, they expect that everything will go in the right direction.

Consumer society moves HC for water usage norms in beverages
The Consumer Guidance Society of India (CGSI) has approached the Mumbai High Court seeking a directive to the Centre to lay down norms for water usage in beverages such as tea, coffee, lassi, sharbat, among others.
