Aeolis launches AeolisPRM, a patient relationship management prog

EHM News Bureau - Mumbai

Aeolis International, a company specialising in soft communication skills has launched a special programme “AeolisPRM-Patient Relationship Management” for training the hospital staff in effectively encountering patient problems.

AoelisPRM is a patient-centric training programme designed to make the hospital staff realise that the patient needs to be given prime importance. Aeolis International has recently conducted PRM training for Manav Seva Sangh, a charitable organisation focusing on housing orphans and providing low cost treatments for economically backward patients.

As per the curriculum of Aeolis, the hospital staff was treated to a special feature of understanding self, and improving self-confidence.

The programme focuses on teaching how to empathise with patients and their relatives, handling their problems with efficiency ,inculcating a patient-oriented service spirit, team spirit, discipline through time management, coping with daily work-pressure, stress and on improving overall performance.

Says Richard Jacob of Aeolis International, “With such training programmes, the hospitals can improve the standards of patient service, thereby providing a quantum jump in the hospital’s image.”
