Apollos
paediatric heart hospital inaugurated
Apollo inaugurated its heart hospital dedicated to children
in Hyderabad recently. The Rs 4 crore hospital is well-equipped
to diagnose heart diseases even when the child is in
the foetus by using the advanced Echocardiography. The
initiative by Apollo group is a step towards screening
children for heart diseases and identifying problems
at an early stage to facilitate intervention and recovery
of the child. Apollo Childrens Heart Trust was
established to provide financial access to the under-privileged
children to receive quality cardiac care and help them
grow up to be healthy citizens.
Criticare
Hospital and Research Centre inaugurated
Criticare Hospital and Research Centre, a 50 bed hospital,
promoted by Dr Pratiksha Namjoshi and Dr Deepak Namjoshi
was recently inaugurated in Mumbai. Dr Deepak Namjoshi,
cardiologist, intensivist and director, says, All
emergency management procedures are as per international
protocols and guidelines and we have fully trained medical
officers and nurses to provide world class care.
It is an eco-friendly hospital with solar power, rubberwood
usage and vermiculture-based waste disposal system.
Keeping in the view the highest quality of hygiene and
standards, the hospital is introducing for the first
time in India, Hazard Analysis Critical Control procedure
to eliminate bacteria in food.
