The offence of ‘wrongful confinement’ and its remedy
A beautiful 16-week pregnant patient entered into a doctor’s clinic and desired a termination of pregnancy. The doctor after the usual preliminary procedures, willingly obliged. But the problem really started when the question of settling the hospital dues came.
