SC issues notice to Centre and AIIMS on reservation policy
The Supreme Court recently issued notice to the Centre and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on a petition challenging a Delhi High Court order allowing recruitment of doctors from reserved category for speciality and super-speciality faculties.
