Trivitron bags quality system certification

Chennai-based Trivitron Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd has bagged ISO 9001: 2000 conferred by DNV, Norway. Trivitron has become the first combined medical services and clinical diagnostics company in India to get this coveted quality certification. The scope of the certification includes, ‘design, development, manufacturing, marketing, installation and servicing of intensive care equipment, marketing, installation and servicing of medical devices and clinical diagnostics products.’

Apart from regular supplies and support functions, the company has recently formed an alliance with Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, an associate of Harvard Medical School, USA to form an Academy named STAR Alliance (Sri Ramachandra –Trivitron Academy for Research and Development of Medicine).

Trivitron has over 14 branch offices across the sub continent operating in the area of critical care, cardiac care, renal care, ultrasound imaging and clinical laboratory medicine. The company has recently developed a 24 hours customer support hotline for quick and effective customer support.
